I needed a lot of water and gas work done since the house was a badly neglected foreclosure. He came in and fixed everything In total, I saved almost $1000 in repair costs by going with KC Plumber Pro instead of the major "well-known" competitor in the area. Chase came out and provided excellent information about running a gas line for our existing fireplace to convert it to a ventless system.

Repair leak in gas line and hard pipe gas line to water heater and install new shutoffs. Also performed pressure test.
Install 10 year Bradford White 50 gallon water heater with expansion tank.
Install two new faucets and shutoff valves.
Install a log lighter bar for gas fireplace.
Install zoeller sump pump and liberty water powered backup.
Replace kohler cartridge and mixing valve. This is a 3/4" mixing valve from Kohler that is setup to handle an additional shower head and multiple body jets. The fixture was about seven years old and had a slow drip. The homeowner had also reported difficulty in maintaining a consistent water temperature.
Install washing machine shutoff a and supply. Most Insurance companies recommend that you replace your supply lines to your washing machine every seven years. We also replaced a fill valve on a toilet that was continuously running and then eliminated an old wet bar that was no longer desired.
Install new shutoff and supply for laundry.
This dishwasher replaced an old unit that wasn't doing much for cleaning the dishes. We replaced the supply line that goes to the dishwasher and completed this install in about 90 minutes. We also re-plumbed the kitchen sink which had been previously attempted by the old homeowner.
Clear a floor drain that was clogged and capped off the cleanout line that was letting sewer gas come into the house. We also attempted to repair the 7 year old dishwasher that was not cleaning the dishes properly. We were unable to fix the unit and it will probably need to be replaced.
